Return Eligibility
To ensure a smooth and fair return process, please follow these guidelines:
📦 Return Request Within 24 Hours
You must notify us of any return request within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Requests made after 24 hours will not be eligible for return.
📸 Share Product & Package Images
Before initiating a return, please send clear images of the product and outer packaging to our WhatsApp Support.
This step is mandatory for return approval and helps us validate the condition of the product.
❌ No Return for Damaged or Used Products
Returns will be rejected if the product or packaging is:

Tampered with or used

Returned without original packaging or included accessories
Please ensure the item is unused, in original condition, and securely packed.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

Return Process
Once your return is approved:

Customers are required to self-ship the product via a reliable courier service. (Reverse pickup may be available in select PIN codes.)

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected:

The refund process will be initiated.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or via Bank/UPI for COD orders.

Please allow 5–7 working days after approval for the refund to reflect.
