✅ When Can You Return a Product?
To help us serve you better, please keep these conditions in mind:
Report Within 24 Hours If you wish to return a product, you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to accept requests raised after this period.
Product Images Required Before we can approve a return, please share clear photos of the item and its original packaging via WhatsApp. This is necessary so we can assess the condition and process your request quickly.
Keep It Unused & Intact The product must be unused, untampered, and returned with its original box and any accessories. Items that are damaged, installed, used, or returned without the original packaging will not qualify for a return.
❌ Items Not Eligible for Return
Some parts are not returnable due to their nature:
Electrical and electronic spares
Items damaged due to faulty installation, modification, or mishandling
🔄 How to Return
If your return is approved:
Our team will guide you with detailed return instructions.
You’ll need to ship the product back to us through a trusted courier (reverse pickup may be available for certain PIN codes).
Please note: Shipping costs for returns are not refundable.
💰 Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and it passes inspection:
We’ll start the refund process.
Refunds are credited back to your original payment method or to your bank account/UPI in case of COD orders.
Please allow 5–7 business days from approval for the amount to reflect in your account.
⚠️ Important
No return will be accepted without prior approval or without providing images.
If you receive the wrong item, inform us within 24 hours so we can resolve it promptly.
