At PartsClick.in, we aim to offer a seamless and secure shopping experience for your automotive needs. This COD policy outlines the terms and conditions for Cash on Delivery orders across India.
✅ COD Availability
- Serviceable Across India – Available for most PIN codes.
- Order Value Limit – COD is valid for orders up to ₹25,000.
- Product Restrictions – COD is not applicable on:
- Fragile or oversized items
- Imported or made-to-order parts
- Select electronic components
- Items marked “Prepaid Only” on the product page
💵 Partial Advance for COD Orders
To confirm a COD order, we require a partial prepayment to discourage order cancellations and ensure logistics efficiency.

💳 How to Pay the Advance
Advance booking amounts can be paid using:
- Google Pay / PhonePe
- UPI ID or QR Code
- Bank Transfer / Net Banking

🛒 How COD Orders Work
- You place your order and confirm COD as the payment mode.
- You’ll receive a request for the applicable advance payment.
- After we receive the advance, your order is processed and dispatched.
- Pay the remaining amount in cash to the delivery agent at the time of delivery.
Please keep the exact amount ready for smooth delivery.
❌ Returns & Non-Acceptance
- If you refuse delivery or the order is returned undelivered, the advance amount is non-refundable.
- It covers the cost of logistics, packing, and dispatching.
🔁 Order Cancellations
- You may cancel your COD order within 12 hours of placement.
- In such cases, the advance amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
⏳ Delivery Timelines
Orders are typically delivered within the estimated time shown at checkout.
Delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or remote delivery locations. We appreciate your patience.
⚠️ Note:
Products requiring special shipping or supplier-specific terms may not be eligible for COD. If COD is unavailable for a product, it will be mentioned clearly on the product page.
